Special Size Seals

When the need for a seal goes outside the "standard" size requirements, a special size seal may be fabricated. The spliced o-ring process allows the manufacture of special size seals with virtually any diameter, with cord diameter up to 1" and from a wide variety of materials. These seals can be purchased in quantities ranging from 1 to thousands, without tooling charges. A wide variety of rubber compounds in many different sizes are in stock and ready to splice upon receipt of your order.

	An extensive variety of FDA Approved, military specification, soft and hard durometers and exotic compounds are in stock for fast delivery.
	With ElastoSeal's grinding capabilities, any diameter of cord can be provided between 0.040" and 0.750 diameter.
	EMI or RFI shielding compounds
